I feel like you're trying to make me angry, don't you care? What actually works with this game, once again it is not possible to buy HC, first whole accounts disappear, for me it was just planets, stations and fast and ressours. When buying HC it was written tech. Problems the money is still debited unfortunately not the first time. Vasya, you say you want to get more players into the game, but not with these mistakes and constant serves for HC and officers. I buy HC for 500 - 1000 € every month and thanks for that there is no support from admin, no clarification, simply nothing. You expect us to behave correctly, but on your part we are let down.
I know of 2 accounts that were completely deleted for no reason or explanation, no answer to the corresponding request, nothing silence. others cannot accept me. I want and need answers if you don't want us in the game, delete our accounts and give us the money back, that also has to do with decency.
