this just looks like a ploy to kill off the 100K players and leave only 1M and small fish to play the game (eliminate the middle class). Of course, the programmers may just be doing this thinking players will buy more crystals to replace lost planets and fleets. Many will likely opt to leave game after their planets get fried by the upcoming Solar Destructions.
