When starting an update of a building without buildings like factories being powered it takes x time. When the factories are powered afterwards their bonus should be taken into account and building time should be recalculated.

Having the same problem.
I started an upgrade for a gravity gun on an OPS 4 days ago. When it started it was showing 90 hours to complete and should be finished now.
However, it is now showing 57 days still to go for completion.
Vespene Reactor and Energy Supply Towers have been built and power is on to all buildings but this did not fix the problem.

how do you turn power onto your buildings, suddenly they dont have power how and why?
