Speed of scavenger and fighter was reduced by 10%, and distance for manual order was reduced from 1000 to 600.
Such battles as this are imbalances and not interesting.


The time of warmup on the same coordinates was increased, for example when fly from coordinates to planet and from moon to planet.
Early time of warmup was divided in to 4, now it will be divided in to 3.

Shortenings are tied to the fact that some players with the help of Sensor spore Colonies could see all the objects of entire server for the few hours. And we cut other races after this too.

Now artifacts of Relicts increase only battle characteristics of defense, not fleet's as earlier.

Alliances possibilities were updated. The last version was released more than three years ago. And now you can notice some changes in this topic.

Visibility of the list of alliance members

Now any player can see a list of members of the alliance. It will allow to find suitable targets in the enemy camp, as well as to determine the location of the capital for new members.


Flexible system of tax granting

You can set a fixed amount of resources, or as in the past - the percentage. Flat taxes will be issued first, and the others - divided in percentage terms (if there are players who are receiving presents). Everyone can see the comment.



Pagination and sort of alliances in the list

List of all alliances are divided into pages + drop-down list sorted by general parameters (the number of points, the number of participants, the number of systems, the alliance's name).



Alliance’s page for beginners

For players who have not entered into an alliance yet, intermediate page was added:


It allows the player to determine what to do next – to build his own alliance, to expect a decision on the entry or to look around using the a page "who is around" - it determines where is a planet situated (on the territory of what alliance) and in what alliances friends can be found.

List of battles in alliance

Finally, you can save the flag, which hide pirated in the battle list. You need not to install the settings again after reentering.

Alliance's leaders, check all settings: taxes, rights and requests.

For the capital the best planet has at least 90 degree above zero, and at least 300 fields.

Dreadlisk’s attack radius during the battle was lowered from 450 to 425.
Damage made by Scout to units of small size was reduced from x2 to x1.75.
Cost of Needle tree was increased by 200 of gas.
The formula for calculating the cost of Telepathist was changed and that led to its reduction in price for almost all players by 2 times.



In developing:
- Medals against depletion
- Gas consumption in expeditions is going to be in the amount of 1/10 of the rate of consumption per hour.


Area of appearance of pirates was expanded from 50 to 100 arms, and their number was increased from 90 to 100 per 5 minutes.

In accordance with the announcement of the Editor of Balance it is allowed to build defenses on asteroids. In order to avoid a super defense, such as planetary defense, flaming worms, obelisks, requirements for the construction of a super defense changed: some buildings cannot be built on asteroids. This requirement must not complicate the construction of such defense on planets and moons.

It is impossible to cancel auto recovery of defense and returning of resources from its repairing.
When you capture an asteroid or a special planet, the defense will store on the object.

For example, Bob has captured Colin’s asteroid, breaking defense. On the new captured asteroid Bob will see the restoration of Colin’s defense which now belongs to him as to the owner of asteroid.

It was allowed to build defense on asteroids for
1) Increasing the value of the asteroids (to capture asteroid with defense is better than to capture asteroid without defense).
2) The ability to keep asteroids in the property.
3) The calculation of payback with defense and without it is well combined with x5 entered recently.
4) Countering the players, flying at asteroids with small fleet, smashing only service fleet.


Tribunals of tosses now summons fleet not to the moon, but to coordinates of the moon where he is.
The duration of summon is 6 minutes now.


Speed of recyclers, providers and couriers was increased last week.


Protector now helps to hide 750 points and not 900.
16% cut is motivated by the participants of the Privy Council and BE. They have presented the fact that FAS allows players to hide fleet and offend super tops on asteroids, smashing their service fleet. It is a problem for them to catch 100 cruisers because there may be even 100500 cruisers on the float under the FAS.
So the administration agreed to cut paid officer in deference to Council and BE.

Тут нечего поддерживать, так как идея выгодна только сильным игрокам и не учитывает интересы слабых по очкам игроков.
Пункты 2 и 3 нарушают существующую механику игры.
Также стоит обратить внимание на то, что внесение изменений в существующую механику игры не предусмотрено регламентом РБ.

Миссия "Атака" подразумевает стремление победить, в описании миссии не указано "убейте об эту планету одну баклушу".

Large cargo 225 to 275
Recycler 180 to 200

Overlord  150/300 to 175/350
Provider 100/150 to 125/175

Shuttle 300 to 350
Courier 220 to 250

Fortification technology was reduced. New formula is 100 000 * 1,66 in the degree of technology level.

Old formula was 100 000 * 1,75 in the degree of technology level.
Reducing of  Fortification technology  is the next step of reducing of Lexx.

Formulas of production of planetary ripper were changed. You can find them into description of this unit.
The main purpose of this changes is ripper’s versatility for all races. Now xerjs and terrans can build it on planets, and obtain additional production.  According to suggestion of RAZZAGAL rippers are less profitable on a very small planet, it is more beneficial on medium and even large planets because we have reduced the influence of the diameter in the formulas.
 
More expensive energy of Tosses  was  taken into account so they can reduce ripper’s consumption technologically.

Fuel costs of devourers were increased from 70 to 80.

Attack power of dreadlisks was reduced by 10%.

Nexus capacity was increased.

Damage on organic targets of wardens was increased up to 75%.

Specialization of quantum destroyer was reduced.

Speed of matriarchates and the patriarchates was reduced by 10%, also speed of usurpers was reduced by 20%. Mudkip got some changes too.

Newby protection
х3 up to 25к points (instead of х5)
х5 from 25к up to 3кк points (instead of х10 and instead of 1кк)
and х10 from 3кк points (instead of unlimited for more then 1кк)
It was made for young players’ protection which will give them more interest for the future development in the game.

Juggernaut – flight speed was increased but the speed of collection of debris was reduced.

Scourges, mudkips and vikings also got some changes.

Now, if the fleet was not able to return to the moon / entity because of its absence, it flies with the same speed as if it was flying from the moon.

Automatic speed selection for returning from coordinates was entered.

It doesn’t not allow fleet to get stuck defending coordinates (or in occupation) in situations when is not enough vespene to return on the top speed. Now, fleet will choose the highest possible speed, taking into account the available gas.
This option can be disabled in the settings of the fleet:



Flight time with automatic speed selection cannot be more then 7 days, and if it is greater, then the fleet will continue to hang on the coordinates.



Also the manual recall of fleets standing on the coordinates was modified.
If it is not enough Vespene, you will see a warning, and can decide if you need such recall or to choose another variant.

Locked fleet also can be recalled manually.
