We all know science vessels Have EMP strikes. how about every fleet have a little EMP ? I am requesting to add a new research called: 'Electro Magnetic Pulse'

Its requirement are :

Energy Technology level 8

Research Lab level 8

Plasma Technology Level 6

It costs 250 000 metal 

            500 000 minerals

            35 000 vespene 

The cost doubles with every upgrade with Level. when this technology is researched to Level 3 the large and medium size of fleet will have the ability to

protect themselves  from enemy EMP strike, 15% each level after Level 3.
