You cannot get award if you have lower level or same level award. Bonus given once per year (after thanksgiven award disappear).

If you want collect all bonuses, you need buy in this sequence:
1) Thanksgiven level 1
2) Thanksgiven level 2
3) Thanksgiven level 3
If you buy level 2, you cannot get level 1 bonus.
1) Thanksgiven level 1

3) Thanksgiven level 3
If you buy level 2, you cannot get level 1 bonus.
