Already with 40K Points it is realy easy to build that amount mudkips. And 3 month he doesn not need.
The Problem is that he can not move the mudkips much.
It cost to much vespene.
But building is super easy.

This guy is a nown cheater.
he already had an Account near me and was flying with 30K savenger before getting banned.
