Recently quest 13 activated by itself, and so I am faced with total destruction, as I have no hope of winning the battle. As such I was frustrated and turned to the forum for answers; 

Admin state on the forum that quest 13 is activated by resource production, my infrastructure is comparatively low and so I turned to the solar destruction list for comparison to see what other players were being attacked

You do not have to go far to realise my infrastructure is no where near high enough to be a trigger point, and then I found this -      89.183.0

Please explain this ? 

This relic attack cannot possibly be activated by resource production as none of the planets have ever been colonised.

Also solar destruction for approx the last couple of years has been a couple or so a month to suddenly 162 on the list

Please fix this

Update - now over 300 solar attacks on list - something is definitely not right 

There was Pirate Stations. I excluded all Scene Players from top list calculation, so it was solved. But I left this system for annihilation.

Amount of participating systems depends on active users amount. More active users -> more nagibators -> more system to attack.
Now we have more active users than last year.

So, there is nothing to fix. Hope it helped.
