It should be "German Room". Limiting it to germany is "unfair", because swiss and austria also speak a dialect of german. And there also exists an alliance that's named "swiss".
Change it to "German Room", which says all german speaking players are allowed instead all players from the country germany.
You also have choosen "English Room" instead of "British Room" or "American Room" for example.
