recycling mission error

when i send a attack right after it i send a recycling mission. so i set the speed lower on it and turn aggression on. here lately when i do this half the time the speed is not reduced like i set it and aggression is off. the first few times i thought maybe i forgot. but all day today it has been doing this so i have been double checking after every one i send and about half of them do this. so i have to recall and resend again. this is getting old and wasting my gas.

here is some more info on this. after i send the attack i un select the combat units and select my recyclers. i set the speed and aggression before sending i scroll to the unit i sent and share the attack then scroll back up to send. "so there times are closer together"
