Greetings Admin,

It seems the feature of the psi concentrator and the bestiary that is supposed to show attacking fleets > 1000 fleet points to your allies is not functioning.

According to the description, psi concentrator at level 4 will show, automatically, attacking fleets to your allies.

Likewise, the description of the bestiary states that at lvl 3, it will show attacking fleets > 1000 pts to you allies.

Neither is working from our tests. Please correct this.
