Wrong info window position
Hi,
when the icon for a pirate fleet is not fully on the screen and the player clicks the furthest pixel possible then the info window is opened below the main menu.

This further isn't limited to pirate fleets. It shows the same behaviour when clicking player fleets when their icon is not completely on the screen.
Reproduction:
Move the galaxy map that a pirate fleet icon is only half on your screen. The other half outside of your screen.
Click the furthest pixel possible on the border of your screen on the fleet icon.
Info window will open below the main menu.
