Bug with Cybernetic Core
Yesterday I upgraded the Cybernetic Core in our alliance's temple from level 7 to level 8. Before starting the upgrade I checked the time to upgrade to the next level of Espionage technology. It was 40:46:17.
When the upgrade finished I checked again and the time hadn't changed. It is still 40:46:17 for the next level of Espionage tech.

Espionage is considered combat technology, and Cybernetic Core only affects non-combat ones.
