incorrect calculation resource buff, "Awarded 1K stat points" achievement

the "1 k stat points" claims it gives a buff of .2%, double the "100 stat points" achievement of .1%. regardless of charges, I am making just under 3K metal an hour, we will say I'm making less then that though, 2.5k. *.002 = 5, not 3, the buff is only giving me the .1% of the 100 point achievement. sure, in the end it isn't relevant, but i would like it to be accurate
