You medal of Thanksgiving II (TG **) was purchased while ago so you cannot obtain TG III, if you did not make purchase within 1 week (7 days) to spent.
Now you need wait 1 year (from date you obtain TG II) to expire your TG II. Then you can repeat the pay to obtain TG III. You gotcha ?

These medals are awarded sequentially. Progress for the next level only begins after the previous medal is completed, and it starts from zero. Please note that a higher-level medal replaces the previous one in your profile.
To qualify for each level within a single week, the requirements are:
Level 1 Medal: Purchase 1,750 Hydarian Crystals.
Level 2 Medal: Purchase 5,000 Hydarian Crystals (after completing Level 1).
Level 3 Medal: Purchase 25,000 Hydarian Crystals (after completing Level 2).
Additionally, checking our logs for your account, we can confirm that for your Hydarian purchase on March 14th, the corresponding resources were successfully credited to your planet.
