Due to problems with the transferring of DNA samples on the ark, sample protocol was changed. Every minute signal comes from ark (using old wireless technology).
For each request from the ark the response from one participant is expected, if there are several answers, the answer is not received and the request is repeated (in the next minute).
At each stage a certain number of responses from one player can be passed to ark (5, 10, 15).
Battle causes interference in the response time, a short battle creates little interference and the answer can be accepted.

- only one member can transfer the samples at the same time;
- and if a participant has started transmission, but coordinates were occupied by another participant, the participant A resumes transmission when left alone at coordinates;
- and if the participant A leaves the coordinates, then when returned, transfer will start from the beginning;

Armor of scouts was improved by 100 due to its price increase by 1000 metal and 1000 vespene.

We continue to enhance the "attackers" after two months of innovations in favor of miners. In this update, we reduce the time of "accumulation" of an action points in battle and hope that this does not lead to prolonging of a battle and two other tips in a recent update will be enough.

Dear players, the past 2 months we have strengthened the group of players that we called "miners". We have improved the newbie-protection and canceled the first move in the battle, and strengthened defense. So, as compensation, for "attacker" we are introducing acceleration of fleet’s wormup time, by reducing its time by 20%.
Wormup time formula of fleet units was changed from 500 / root of the speed to 400 / root of the speed.

1) Attack power of potential opponents is evaluated before initiating the battle and if attack power is much more then score of attacking fleet it is destroyed without battle and without generating of debris.
2) Weak fleet, which enters the battle, not extends it to 12 rounds as earlier.
3) First move of the manual control now is available only after first round. This will reduce effect of the manual control on the outcome of battle.
So, now fleets which entered battle with not fighting purposes, but for the purpose to make the battle longer could do that anymore.
Alliance bank cost was reduced by a quarter, but the level of collected taxes and tribute is based on a half of bank’s level now. This means that for collecting 4% tax we required bank of 8th level.
Alliance bank shield was reduced by half, from 500 000 to 250 000.
