lore incorrect
the word lore is defined as "a story passed by word of mouth" does not fit here, i would suggest that the word "virtual"player or "game generated"player would better explain the pirates role

In this case, "lore" is used as an adjective, not a noun, modifying "player". As such, it's use here is, technically, correct.
However, "lore character" would sound better, since there is no "player" behind the pirates (I hope)
