cannot research while building nano labratory
I cant use my research section even though my research lab is not being upgraded.
It says: "It's impossible to make a research while the research lab is upgrading!"
The reason for this is (i think), because I am currently building a nano laboratory.
This is obviously a bug with 2 possible scenarios:
1. its a different building so i should be able to use the research lab
2. i cant use research lab, because its somehow connected to the nano laboratory, BUT my research lab itself is not upgrading, so the text should be different.
