Simulator "Add yours" does not add own fleet, In the Simulator, clicking "Add yours" does not work

Description:
In the Simulator, click "Add yours" to add your own fleet/defences to simulator and nothing happens
Actions required to repeat the problem:
Open Simulator from Galaxy View or Fleets View
Click "Add yours" to add your own fleet/defences to simulator (nothing happens)
