Depletion with active X2 Storekeeper, Depletion with active X2 Storekeeper

Description:
In "Imperium" Overview I see 2 planets with depletion. But Storekeeper X2 is still active until 04.06. This is not wild. But I am wondering: Am I missing something or is it a bug?

I think x2 it will stop increases of depletion not cancel existing. Also if u had 1% depletion before purchase it may not reduce 1% to 0% cuz 0.75 is rounded to 1

From my observation: While active : Depletion freezes and is set to 0. After expiration, it comes back to the old value.
But "not cancel existing" was also told by friends. So not sure if was always wrong or there was a change.
But - If I had seen 1% depletion on only 2 of my planets, I would not have actived X2. Especially when the mines on those two planets havent been touched for (2?) years. So depletion must be much higher.
Tomorrow, We will know what the actual values actual were because X2 expires.
